M.Psych (Forensic), MAPS, FCFP, registered Psychologist since 2008, Forensic Endorsement since 2019, And Clinical Endorsement since 2024.
Sarah has nearly 20 years experience working in the field of Psychology and Forensic Psychology in various environments. Sarah has the ability to achieve significant results working with children, adolescents, families and adults in difficult environments, amongst different cultures and with complex presentations.
Sarah started Tailor Rural Psychology now Tailor Allied Health in hopes to provide better accessibility to specialist counselling and assessment services in Port Stephens. Sarah is committed to providing children and young people with comprehensive assessments, diagnosis and treatment in a safe and supportive environment. Sarah is devoted to providing strength based practices to help individuals and their families thrive and be successful.

Finlay Taylor
Director / Physiotherapist
Finlay completed a bachelor of physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University Albury graduating with the Deans award for sciences. Finlay has spent the past 20 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He has applied his trade both in Australia and Canada and has worked with professional athletes & sporting clubs most recently spending the past 9 years working with the GWS Giants academy program. Finlay's experience combined with his clinical skills and knowledge allows him to offer the highest quality services to those seeking to overcome injury, achieve their post operative goals and improve their health and well being. Finlay also has a strong passion for working with NDIS clients & has a special interest in spinal cord injuries and neuromuscular diseases.

Harrison Gordon
Director / Physiotherapist
Harry is a highly skilled and dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021. Throughout his studies, he was recognised for his academic excellence, receiving Executive Dean’s Awards in both 2019 and 2021.
Since graduating, Harry has gained valuable experience working across Port Stephens, the Hunter Valley, and Newcastle in both private practice and NDIS settings. This diverse background has allowed him to develop a well-rounded approach to care, supporting a wide range of clients with varying needs and goals.
Harry has a strong passion for sport, including football, surfing, running & golf. His passion for sport translates to his functional & evidence-based approach. He also has a special interest in rehabilitation following traumatic brain injuries.

Ryan Woodbine
Physiotherapist
Ryan graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He brings a fresh, evidence-based perspective to his practice, combined with a strong focus on practical, hands-on treatment.
Ryan takes a client-led approach to care, working closely with each individual to develop personalised management plans, ensuring they feel supported.
Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys staying active through mountain bike riding, ultimate frisbee & rock climbing.

Trudy Clarke
Receptionist / Book Keeper
Trudy is our friendly and efficient front of house. She is here to help answer all of your admin questions and help get your paper work in order. Trudy will help guide you through the medicare, private health, NDIS, DVA and work cover process and make everything as easy as possible.

Lucy Birss
Cert lll & lV Fitness, Diploma of Fitness, Wellness coaching
When Trudy is away from reception, Lucy will step in to greet you and answer your calls. Lucy started her career as a legal secretary but has now been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 22 years. As PT Lucy B, she currently has her own boutique studio in Nelson Bay offering personal training and small group classes. Her focus is on building strength and improving mobility, along with promoting healthy habits to live a long and happy life.
Lucy has spent her career obtaining multiple certifications and working with a variety of clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her sessions, offering an inclusive and supportive environment to her clients.
Lucy's other passion is psychology which she is studying through Open University.

Maddison Holland
Pilates Instructor / Marketing Manager
With a background in health and fitness and a strong interest in holistic wellbeing, Maddison leads the studio’s mat pilates classes, focusing on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients move with confidence in their everyday lives. Her classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and suitable for all levels, with an emphasis on strong foundations and mindful movement.
Alongside teaching Pilates, Maddison manages the clinic’s marketing and social media, helping to share the story of Tailor Allied Health and connect the community with the services offered across Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Pilates.
Maddison is passionate about creating a positive and uplifting environment in the studio where clients feel supported in their health and movement goals.
